Return Policy

General Return policy

If you’re unhappy with your online purchase, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware, and accessories. Items must not be damaged due to wear or installation.

We do not accept returns on Helmets, Electrical Parts, or Yamalube products. There are no exceptions for this policy.

If you have questions about proper fitment, please call us at 1-800-360-5468 before you order so we can assist you in selecting the proper fitting item/s for your needs.

General Return steps

  1. Please call us with your order number ready at 1-800-360-5468 to initiate a return and receive an RMA number.

  2. You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours to the email address associated with your order.

  3. Print the pre-paid shipping label, fill in the RMA number, and include the original packing slip with your return.

General Refund information

Returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable) will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

 

E-Bike Return policy

Customers will have 15 days from receipt of the E-Bike to initiate a return. All returns are initiated through the pickup or delivery dealer. E-Bike must be in new, undamaged and original condition and is subject to verification by the dealer.

E-Bike Refund information

The refund process will begin once the dealer accepts the return. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

 

Secure Your Ride Return policy

Each reservation you submit for a Vehicle acts as a deposit for a future purchase of the Vehicle. You are under no obligation to purchase a Vehicle from a participating dealer, and we are we are under no obligation to supply you with a Vehicle.

These Terms allow you to configure a vehicle and pay a Reservation deposit. These Terms do not constitute an agreement for the sale or purchase of a Vehicle. These Terms do not guarantee Vehicle production, configuration, or delivery. You must contact the participating authorized dealer to discuss pricing and complete the purchase of the Vehicle. Your Reservation does not guarantee a set price for the Vehicle. The participating dealer sets the Vehicle price, which may differ from the manufacturer suggested retail price ("MSRP"). Participating dealer prices may vary. MSRP excludes tax, license, registration, destination charge and dealer installed options and accessories. 

You will be required to select a participating dealer as part of the Reservation process. Your information including name, address, email address and Vehicle information will be shared with the participating dealer you select. Your credit card information will not be shared. We at our sole discretion, may decline or cancel your Reservation at any time, for any reason. If your Reservation is declined or canceled, you will be notified, and your Reservation fee will be refunded.

Return wrong items shipped

If we sent you the wrong item, we apologize and will work to get it corrected quickly. Please call us at 1-800-360-5468 and we'll help you process the return and get you the correct items.

 

Return items received as damaged or defective

If you received an item that is damaged, please call us at 1-800-360-5468. We'll help you return the item and get it replaced. Please note that any returned product(s) will have to be verified as being defective in order to receive a refund.
