How do I track my order?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and any available tracking information. We'll also include dealer contact information for pickup and delivery items.
Note: Once your item arrives at your selected dealer, they will contact you with delivery and/or pickup instructions.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you placed an order and do not see a confirmation email from us:
1. Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox.
2. Contact our support team at (800) 962-7926.Â
3. You can also sign in to your Yamaha-Motor.com account to view your order history.
My order status says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking information shows that your item was delivered and you can’t find it:
1. Verify your shipping address in your order history.Â
2. Check for an attempted delivery notice. Some of our products require a signature upon delivery.
3. If you placed an order for delivery, contact your selected dealer.Â
4. Contact our support team at (800) 962-7926 and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Do you accept backorders?
We do not currently accept backorders. Keep an eye on our website or contact a local dealer to see if the item you’re looking for is in stock.
Returns & refunds
What is the return policy?
If you’re unhappy with your Yamaha-Motor.com items for any reason, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware, and accessories. Items must not be damaged due to wear or installation. We do not accept returns on helmets and Yamalube products.

Payments & promos
Why did the price of my order change at checkout?
Prices listed on Yamaha-Motor.com are the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), excluding tax, assembly, or delivery charges. The dealer sets the actual price. When you enter a ZIP code or select a dealer for delivery or pickup, the price of your item may change at checkout.
How are assembly and delivery fees calculated?
Each dealer will calculate assembly and delivery fees.
Do promo codes expire?
Promotional codes do not expire unless specified.
What are my payment options?
Currently, we’re only able to process credit or debit cards on Yamaha-Motor.com. You can also finance your vehicle through Yamaha Motor Finance.

Where can I buy Yamaha products in person?
You can find most Yamaha products at a Yamaha dealer near you.
Where do I take my vehicle for maintenance or repair?
Yamaha vehicles should be serviced by the dealer of purchase.

What is a Yamaha-Motor.com account?
When you create an account, you can manage your order history and save items to your wishlist. You can also choose a preferred dealer and store your addresses for faster checkout.
How do I edit or delete my account?
Sign in to edit your account information, addresses, preferred dealer, or wishlist items. To delete your account, scroll down in the Personal Information section and select Delete Account.
How do I change my email preferences or unsubscribe?
Sign in and select Email Preferences on the lefthand panel to choose which Yamaha-Motor.com emails you receive, or turn off all emails.
