Snowmobiling History First sled: Yamaha Enticer 250 When did you start riding? 2 years old Who got you into snowmobiling? My parents bought me my first sled and I've been riding ever since. What’s a great day of snowmobiling? A day spent riding with friends and good snow. Every day is great when I'm snowmobiling. Favorite place to ride: Quadna Mountain Park in Hill City, MN is always fun.
Racer Info First race: 2nd place at Park X Hillcross, Hill City, MN when I was 13 years old. Best race ever: Canterbury Park national in 2009, I won both of my sport finals. Favorite place to race: Lake Geneva national, it’s a big fast track. What’s your overall racing goal? Always do the best I can, win some championships, and have fun. How would you describe your race style? Smooth and consistent, always looking for the best lines. What is your pre-race routine? Music, stretching, watching the other riders lines on the track and always thinking about a good start
Yamaha-Specific Info: What do you think of your race sled? Very smooth with lots of power, it is an all around amazing sled to ride. Why did you choose to ride a Yamaha this season? They are very committed to the sport, and helping it grow. I am very excited to be part of such a great team! What do you think are the sled’s strengths? Power! It handles great in the corners and bumps to. What are your goals for the season? A year end points championship, have fun stay healthy and to meet new people. Why are you a good fit for your Yamaha snowmobile? I feel at home every time I get on it, very comfortable and fast. Describe the difference between a 2-stroke and a 4-stroke race sled: A 4 stroke has smoother power delivery and is more reliable, while a two stroke is feels underpowered and needs more maintenance.
